LuLu has used this same recipe for over 30 years. These fluffy delicate bites of divinity are made the old southern way and loaded with lots of fresh Georgia pecans!
These pralines have been taste-tested by many customers from Louisanna who swear they are just as good, if not better than the ones in the famous candy shops of New Orleans. We use only the freshest and finest ingredients, including real butter and heavy cream, and LOTS of fresh Georgia Pecans in every batch we make!
LuLu first started making this caramel to use on our famous "Baracles", then made bigger batches for our caramel dipped apples. When our customers tasted how good it was, they requested to buy the caramel in wrapped pieces, and we listened! We make our caramel with real butter, heavy cream, a little vanilla and a few other secret ingredients! They are soft and melt in your mouth good!
